You'll be stationed with the Medical team and have close communication with both your site leader and the Command Center Liaison Leader. Command Support
Command Support is the "nerve center" of PMC Weekend, where volunteers field calls to 1-800-WE-CYCLE and route them to the appropriate team for resolution. Volunteers also monitor events along the route and at all water stops and hub sites to anticipate calls or coordinate responses. Volunteers should have strong customer support skills and enjoy a fast-paced environment. All volunteers are welcome, ideally those who can sign up to work for the entire weekend. This position is based out of Mass Maritime Academy.

Transportation
Command Post Weekend
Transportation
Team provides rides to PMC riders who need to leave the course for any reason. Responsibilities include driving to PMC water stops and driving riders either to the next water stop, or to the end of that day’s route. Drivers must be 21 or older, with a good driving record. It's also important that you can navigate using GPS (your own or one provided to you). Drivers are encouraged to sign up to volunteer for the entire weekend. This position is based out of Mass Maritime Academy.
