PMC Living Proof

We Are Living Proof
The PMC Living Proof® community is made up of riders and volunteers who were previously treated or are currently undergoing cancer treatment. They are Living Proof of the progress made through raising funds for cancer research and treatment.
In 2025, there are about 1,100 Living Proof riders and volunteers participating in the PMC.
The PMC Living Proof program is proudly sponsored by PwC.
PMC LIVING PROOF CELEBRATION
On Saturday, August 2, we celebrated the PMC Living Proof® community's resilience, strength, and unwavering commitment at Mass Maritime Academy.
PMC Founder and Chairman Billy Starr led a heartfelt toast alongside Team 9’s Mike Timlin, who rode in loving memory of his friends Tim and Stacy Wakefield. They were joined by Dr. Katherine Janeway — a 7-year PMC Living Proof rider and dedicated Dana-Farber oncologist — whose strength and hope embody the spirit of the Pan-Mass Challenge and the mission we ride for.
