For my wife Brenda and all who suffer from Glioblastoma

My wife Brenda G. Hopper is courageously fighting the battle of her life.  Since September 2014 she has undergone four craniotomy brain surgeries and has participated in one clinical trial.  The Clinical trial failed us and our next hope, short of a miracle, is to get her to a position where she can get the Immunotherapy treatment, that we understand, has been somewhat successful for others.

When I received an email from Dr. David A. Reardon looking for support for his laboratory and clinical research I thought to myself, I can just send $100-$200 dollars.  After a brief conversation with “myself” I said that I can do much more.  I then started the trek to become a “Rider” in the Pan-Mass Challenge.

With the support of family and friends, which includes the numerous friends that I have in my collegiate officiating circle across the East Coast, I made it my goal to raise $50,000.  To date I have received donations totaling over more than $18,000.
