Pre-Ride

Bike Preparation

Get your bike tuned up before PMC weekend and be sure to carry your own inner tubes and CO2 cartridges; industry-wide bike shortages mean that mechanics may not otherwise have the parts to support your ride.

Rider Drop-Off

Riders may be dropped off at Lot 4C at Patriot Place on Sunday morning. That said, riders are encouraged to start from their area hotel or home if near the route.

Car Parking

Cars may be parked in Lot 4C at Patriot Place on Sunday but they must be removed by Sunday night.

PMC 2021 Opening Ceremony

Broadcast live on WBZ-TV and streamed live at PMC.org on Friday, August 6, from 7 - 7:30 PM.

Your Start

Patriot Place – 1776 Revolution Way, Foxboro, MA 02035

Start

Riders may start from Patriot Place on Sunday anytime between 7 and 8 am. There is no mass start; riders should roll out as they are ready. Riders are also encouraged to start from their local hotel or home and just merge into the route.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast will be available Sunday at Patriot Place from 6 - 9 AM.

Bike Mechanics

Emergency bike service available at Patriot Place from 6 - 10:30 AM on Sunday.

Waterstop Services

Each waterstop will offer food and beverages, emergency mechanical support, medical support, and lavatories.

Roadside Assistance

Riders needing mechanical or medical assistance during their ride should call the PMC's emergency support number: 1-800-WE-CYCLE.

Mask Policy

It's a good idea to carry your PMC 2021 mask with you during the ride. You are not required to wear a mask except in changing tents, PMC transportation (including ferries), and when accepting medical support. If you are unvaccinated, the CDC recommends you wear a mask in crowded outdoor settings.

Guest Policy

Friends and family are encouraged to cheer from the roadside, but only registered riders and volunteers are allowed at PMC sites this year, including at starts, waterstops, and finishes.

Your Finish

Babson College – Hollister Lot
231 Forest Street, Wellesley, MA 02457

Rider Pickup

Riders may be picked up at Trim Lot (enter via Olin College) at Babson College.

Finish Line Services

The PMC will provide a "Grab & Go" lunch in order to minimize gathering once finished. Changing tents (with disposable body wipes available) - but no showers this year - will be available for riders, as will medical and mechanical services.
