This afternoon at Babson College in Wellesley, more than 500 cyclists finished day two of the 31st Pan-Massachusetts Challenge by riding either 70 miles back from Bourne or 47-miles as part of the Wellesley-to-Wellesley one day loop.

Retired Chief Justice Sam Zoll inspired cyclists with words of encouragment before he hopped on his bike to ride 47 miles with 86-year-old Bill Cantor, the PMC's oldest rider. Krystn Cinelli belted out a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem. Cinelli won MIKE FM's annual "Oh Say Can You Sing" contest in 2009 and was presented with an opportunity to sing the National Anthem at Fenway Park last year. Mike FM was on-site all weekend to provide fun dance tunes. Friends and families cheered for their loved ones, decorated bright signs, and used colorful sidewalk chalk to adorn the finish line with inspirational phrases including "Thank you for riding" and "You'll beat cancer."

More than 150 volunteers were on-site to treat riders with a lunch that consisted of burgers, hot dogs, chips, potato salad, water, and ice cream before they hit the showers and headed home to relax their tired muscles.
