The PMC generates media attention to attract new volunteers, riders, donors and sponsors as well as help fundraise towards our $48 million goal. The people who read, hear or watch stories about the PMC, are much more likely to get involved and/or contribute to the cause. In order to do this, we need your stories to share with the media. Your personal story will have the most impact. Story topics may include, but aren't limited to:
- Families who volunteer together
- Cancer survivors who volunteer
- Past PMC Pedal Partners who now volunteer in the PMC
- Past PMC Kids Rides participants who now volunteer in the PMC
- Love connections and new best friends made through the PMC
- Medical professionals volunteering alongside/for patients
- Unique volunteer stories
- And any other personal anecdotes:
- Why you PMC
- How cancer has affected your life
- How your life has changed because of the PMC
