The Dighton lunch stop is located 62 miles into the route at Dighton-Rehoboth high school. Cyclists filed into the large campus to  stretch, tune up their bikes and a grab a quick lunch.  Senator Scott Brown was one of the first cyclists to arrive and enjoyed a very early 9 a.m. lunch. Volunteers at the Dighton lunch stop fed 5,100 cyclists sandwiches, snacks and beverages to refuel and rehydrate before taking on the final 39 miles of the day's ride. PMCers sipped on Nantucket Nectars and HyDrive. The smell of cookies baked fresh on-site by Immaculate Baking Company drove hundreds of carbo-loading riders over to the portable ovens. Cyclists also enjoyed tunes spun by a DJ on site. Many cyclists showed off their moves to the "Sweet Caroline" (so good - so good!) Who knew, PMC cyclists are also good singers! The riders set out refreshed and ready to hit road.
