Today, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute welcomes its first patients to the new Dana-Farber Cancer Institute – Chestnut Hill. This 140,000 square foot, state-of-the-art outpatient facility is 40% of the size of the Dana-Farber Yawkey Center building in Boston, and its Pan-Mass Challenge Dining Pavilion will provide a comfortable space to nourish patients and their families when they visit.
Physicians at Chestnut Hill will provide care in a multi-disciplinary setting that includes cancer therapies, clinical trials, genetic testing, and supportive services for patients and their families. Clinical groups practicing here include breast oncology, gastrointestinal oncology, genitourinary oncology, gynecologic oncology, thoracic oncology, and palliative and psychosocial oncology.
Take a virtual tour of this amazing facility today.
Congratulations to all PMCers – your fundraising is making better cancer care and outpatient services a reality for even more patients.
