PMC Team Management

Thank you for taking on the responsibility of being a team captain!

  • Your team link is: profile.pmc.org/[team eGiftID] (example: profile.pmc.org/TP0157)
  • Teams must consist of two or more riders
  • All team captains must be registered either as a rider or virtual rider
  • All team funds must be allocated by the fundraising minimum deadline of October 1. Please use the Team Transfers tool on your PMC Manage page to allocate all team funds to riders
  • If you need to change team captains, please email jessica@pmc.org
  • Only Heavy Hitter teams are listed in the PMC yearbook. These are teams with a minimum of 5 riders that, on average, raise the Heavy Hitter amount of $8,500. Therefore, a team of 5 would have to raise $42,500 or more. Each team member's fundraising will count towards the total, but will only be divided by the number of Saturday and two-day riders (not Sunday one-day and virtual riders). For example, a 10-member team – 7 Saturday and two-day Riders and 3 Sunday one-day riders – raises $60,000. The calculation would be $60,000 ÷ 7 = $8,571.

Managing Your Team

Use the Add/Delete Member, Filters, Views, and Send Email functions to manage your PMC team.

  • Select the filters to display the team members meeting that specific criteria.

  • Click on a column heading to display a list of controls used to sort, filter or display/hide columns. The example below displays riders sorted by fundraising in descending order.

  • Click on the Filters to enter criteria. The example below shows riders who raised more than $1,000.

  • Display or Hide columns from any view by checking or unchecking the column name. Changes to filters and views are saved on your computer.

Adding Team Members
  • When adding team members, your search results will indicate if a rider may be added to your team. They may not be added if they are already on another team or not registered for the current year.

Team Emails

  • Each email sent is saved for future editing and use.

  • When editing a saved email, you will see the dates First Sent and Last Sent and Modified.

Team Transfers

  • Click Team Transfers to see your team funds, how much each team member has raised as well as the difference between their amount raised and their minimum and Heavy Hitter level. To transfer funds to a team member, click the red number (amount needed to reach their commitment or Heavy Hitter status) or enter any amount in the "Transfer Amount" column.
