2011 VIRTUAL PMC RIDE - PLEASE GIVE!!!
This year I did"virtual" ride: a 2-day, 200-mile California solidarity ride. People gave money and we met our $1000 initial goal!! THANK YOU! That is no reason to stop giving now. I rode. Please give. Our Smith Team still needs another $20k to meet its goal. Smiths will give a matching percentage against our final numbers at the end of September!! Any amount you give will help the ongoing fight against cancer that has already given us many survivors!! BE A PART OF IT!! Please give what you can! No pude ir a Boston, sin embargo, hicimos una rodada "virtual" de solidaridad en California de dos días y 200 millas. Varios de Uds. nos llevaron a la meta inicial de $1000!! ¡Gracias! Cette année je fus allé sur une course "virtuel" de 200 milles en Californie, en randonnant à vélo en solidarité avec les gens du PMC. Vos donations on fait que nous arrivions jusqua $1000, mais on ne doit pas laisser de donner maintenant. Pour tout ce que nous donnons, Smiths ajoutara quelque pourcent en plus ! Toute contribution permettra soutenir la lutte en cours contre le cancer qui nous a déjà donné de nombreux survivants ! S'il vous plaît, donnez ce que vous pouvez! This year, I rode for Morgan, among others. He is recovering from his second brain surgery for a pituitary cancer.
I rode in memory of Cristina Navia, lost now to those of us at ATISDA.
Recuerdo a Guadalupe, mi madrina extraoficial, fallecida hace muchos años, mas no olvidada.
I rode in honor and in awe of my father's seemingly unending battles with several kinds of cancer. He is winning, partly, it is because he is a fighter, and partly it is because of the constantly improving treatment techniques your generosity promotes.
And so many more I hear of along the road.
