William Herman's Ride

Why I Ride ...

I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge to beat cancer. In fact, last year 100% of rider-raised revenue went directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's tireless commitment to finding a cure.

2010 represents my 7th year participating in the PMC.  While I have some new challenges this year - a knee problem that has kept me off the bike for the past nine months - I am more motivated than ever. Last year, my aunt died of cancer and my mother, a cancer survivor several times over passed away. Earlier this year, my wife’s aunt died of cancer as well.

Please support me on my ride, but more importantly, if you can, please support Dana Farber's efforts in stopping this horrible disease.

Thanks.
