Dear Friends,

This August I will be cycling in my 11^th Pan Mass Challenge with the goal of raising $10,000.  This 192-mile bike-a-thon raises more money than any other single athletic event in the country.  Since inception in 1980, the PMC has raised more than $303 million for cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund.

During PMC weekend I will again be riding with my team, Team Eradicate, in honor of our Pedal Partner, Sarah Levin and all of your loved ones who have suffered from cancer.  The amazing part about PMC weekend is seeing the large number of nurses and doctors who ride in the event each year.  They ride because they understand how critical it is to get the necessary funding for the Dana Farber and to show support for their patients.

It won’t be easy but on August 6^th and 7^th, rain or shine, hot or hotter, I’ll be up before the crack of dawn along with 5,000 other dedicated supporters, survivors and riders.
