Why I Ride ...

This August, like the last 2, I will be riding 192 miles over 2 days in the Pan-Mass Challenge.  Every year, I ride in memory of my Dad (an avid cyclist who died from lung cancer), my uncle, and a long list of others that I know who have been affected by cancer.  This year, I will also be riding in honor of 4 year old Charlotte Kelly who is fighting neuroblastoma. All funds raised will be directed towards neuroblastoma research and treatment.

100% of every dollar donated goes directly to The Jimmy Fund & Dana Farber Cancer Institute.  I may not have been blessed with the brains to help develop a cure, but I have two feet that work pretty well.  So in the spirit of the PMC Slogan “closer by the mile,” I am going to do my part to get them 192 miles and hopefully $5,200 closer to a cure with your help.

As always, any support you can provide would be “wicked pissah awesome”  and all donations come with homemade cookies…

100% of your donation goes directly to the Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
