Last year, as I was watching the New England Cable Network, I saw many inspiring individuals riding their bikes for a wonderful cause - saving lives.  I wanted to be a part of "that cause" as their personal stories and their lifelong challenges with cancer, inspired me to make something I love to do, help these people in their life's challenges.  I ride endless miles a year, and to know that these miles could make a difference in someone's life, would give my riding experience both motivation and inspiration.  I am a fortunate individual:  I am healthy, my family is healthy and cancer has not touched my life personally.  However, if I can make a small difference in someone's life and save someone they love, my riding will have a new meaning.
