It's time for lap #14.....

The 32nd Pan Massachusetts Challenge is scheduled for August 4 and 5, 2012. This event is the original athletic charity fundraiser. In 2011 alone, the PMC raised $35 million, and since its founding in 1980 has raised an astonishing $338 million for cancer treatment and research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  The PMC is a model of efficiency and fully 100% of rider sponsorship contributions go directly to the cause. 

Generous folks like you have donated over $72,000 since 1999, my first year of participation.  I remain inexpressibly grateful for all your support, both financial and otherwise.  This year my goal is to raise $8,100, the same amount as in 2011.  Much progress has been made, but the need is great and the PMC is one of those truly fine organizations.
