Matthew Olton's Ride
Why I Ride ...
For the seventh straight year, I plan to ride in the Pan Mass Challenge this summer to raise money for cancer research and care. As you probably know, the PMC is a 2-day, 200 mile bike ride across Massachusettsthat takes place in early August. Over the last six years, you have helped me raise more than $55,000 for the PMC.
The PMC has been a personal journey for me since 2006, after my wife Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer. Unfortunately, she had a recurrence in late 2008. Today, Laura is feeling great and it is thanks to another early detection, consistently excellent medical care and terrific friends and family. My PMC goal is to contribute to the efforts of others facing similar challenges so that they too have access to the best treatment and support resources available.
If you are able and so inclined, please make a tax-deductible donation to this cause through the following link (please indicate my name as the rider: Matthew Olton):

You can also make a gift by check payable to the order of "The Pan Mass Challenge," which you can mail to me at the following address and I will arrange for delivery of the check to the PMC organizers.
