Mark Coffey's Ride
Why I Ride ...
This is my second year riding the PMC. On August 25th 2008 my mother, Kathleen Coffey, lost her battle with cancer at the very young age of 57. This was a devastating loss for me and I ride the PMC in her memory and in the hope that in some very small way the money I raise might one day help someone’s Mother beat cancer. I'm a proud supporter of the PMC because it is leading a charge
to beat cancer having raised $270 million for cancer research and treatment. A 100% of rider-raised revenue went
directly to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's
tireless commitment to finding a cure.
