Every year, I look forward to reporting I've known more people who have successfully beaten cancer than have experienced it for the first time, or had a reoccurrence. Unfortunately, this year again, I learned of work colleagues, family members, and friends newly diagnosed with cancer or fighting cancer after being in remission. All of them have impressed me with their will to fight cancer, keeping their spirits positive even as they put themselves through grueling treatment regimes. They inspire me to continue to support Dana Farber and their focus on leading edge cancer research.

Last year, 100% of all donations raised by riders of the Pan Mass Challenge, went to support the Jimmy Fund and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, making it one of the most effective ways to support the fight against cancer. I look forward to supporting the ride for the eighth time this year.
