Meghan, We are so proud to be your parents!
This picture was taken of our family in Sturbridge at the start of the 2007 PMC ride. Just 5-weeks later our beautiful 11-year daughter Meghan lost her incredibly brave battle with osteosarcoma. So it is with a broken heart that I dedicate my 9th PMC ride to Meghan. I will be joined again this year by my wife Colleen as well as our friends Mike Donilon, Mike and Maura Thursby, Mike Parent, Kristen Savoie and Colleen's brother Tim Cronin.
We all are riding on the Pedals for Pediatrics team which benefits the pediatric oncology programs of DFCI and Boston Children's Hospital. We have seen first-hand how many patients and families are in need of this financial assistance.
