Edward Goldfinger's Ride

Why I Ride ...

This will be my third year riding in the Pan Mass Challenge.  I began to ride in 2009, in honor of my mother, Barbara Goldfinger, who died of cancer six years ago after a courageous battle.  She was a dancer and she brought music, joy and laughter to all those around her.   She inspired me throughout my life and she inspires me still.  This year I am again taking on the longest route - from Sturbridge to Provincetown - a total of 192 miles over two days, with Team Zipcar.

The tens of millions of dollars raised each year by this extraordinary event provide funding for vital research to find new treatments and cures for cancer.  Please make a donation - you can click on the Donations button above.  It's easy and you will feel great because you are giving hope to the millions of mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters, who are fighting for their lives each day.

Thank you for your generosity!
