Dear Friends, 

This year marks my 8th PMC ride for Dana Farber Cancer Research.   

As I have shared with you in the past, the PMC is a 198 mile bike ride from Sturbridge to Provincetown, Mass raising funds for Dana Farber/Jimmy Fund.  Last year 100% of the funds raised were given to Dana Farber.  The check was for $30,000,000.  This is a charity that is definitely worthy of your support.   

This is my third year riding with the Phat Tuesday team and this year, we plan on holding a fundraising party on March 27th.  If you are local, it would be great to see you there.  There will be great entertainment, good food, super auction items and a PHAT Party atmosphere. 

The cost to ride this years' PMC is $4,200 per person for the two day ride.  You can support this effort via a 100% tax deductible contribution to the PMC/Jimmy Fund. My goal is to raise $4,500 by June 1st for this years ride.  I know that this sounds like a lot but every $50-100 donation adds up quickly.  You can either send your donation to: 119 York Rd., Mansfield, MA 02048 or make a donation on line at PMC.org/egifts/.  My rider number is:DE0027  

This year, I will be riding not only for my sister Beth who passed away in 2008 but also for  my aunt Joan, who I lost to pancreatic cancer in October of 09' after just 3 weeks of being diagnosed.
