Corinne Mccabe's Ride
Kayleigh ~ 3 Years Cancer Free!!!!!!
It is that time of year again...PMC time! On August 6 & 7, I will be hopping on my bike to ride 157 miles, with Team Legs, in my third Pan Mass Challenge ride.
The Pan Mass Challenge is an annual bike a thon which raises funds for pediatric cancer research at Dana Farber/Jimmy Fund in Boston. 100% of the funds raised go directly to the cause. Over the past two years, with the support and generosity of friends and family, I have been able to raise over $12,000! This year, my goal is to raise $4200 not only in Kayleigh’s honor, but in the honor and memory of so many loved ones who have been touched by cancer.
As you all know, Kayleigh’s courageous battle with cancer has been my inspiration and strength throughout the two incredible days of riding from Wellesley to P-Town. Kayleigh just hit her three year remission mark and remains cancer free and a picture of health!!!!! We LOVE watching her blow out birthday candles each year! Her health and happy ending is what I hope for every child & adult who has to endure this horrible disease.
