As PMC riders, you are embarking on a physical and spiritual journey to help others while also challenging your own body to go the distance. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to regular physical activity, we will design proper fueling programs to match your fitness level and training curriculum.

The key to a successful fight is to understand your strengths and having plan to overcome your weaknesses. Each of these programs will help guide your fight to complete this mental, physical and spiritual fitness challenge. No guess work, do not fear, we are here to give you the resources you need.

STEP 2: GET YOUR FIIT NUTRITION PLAN
Our basic FIIT assessment intake form determines if you are a rider looking to become leaner, build upon your strength and conditioning, or maintain your current physical status. After completing an intake form, please email it to David Bergeron and you will be assigned one of our three core nutrition plans and receive recommendations to improve your eating habits based on your goal.
STEP 3: MONITOR YOUR PROGRESS
You will log your progress along the way. As you move through the training, you may wish to shift gears and switch groups. We will assist with that transition as well.
