DELOITTE RETURNS AS SPONSOR OF THE 2019 PAN-MASS CHALLENGE
Needham, MA – January 31, 2019 – The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) is pleased to announce that the professional services firm Deloitte will return as a sponsor for this year’s PMC ride. Deloitte will join the organization’s community of impassioned cyclists, volunteers and generous donors to support the shared goal of one day eradicating cancer. As part of its sponsorship, Deloitte professionals will band together to ride the 192-mile route, while also volunteering at the Franklin Water Stop.

The PMC is the nation’s most successful athletic fundraising event, raising and contributing more money to charity than any other. August 3 and 4, 2019 marks the 40th PMC, where more than 6,300 cyclists and 4,000 volunteers will participate in the two-day bike-a-thon with the goal of raising $58 million to support patient care and cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. One hundred percent of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to the cause. If accomplished, this fundraising goal will bring the organization’s 40-year contribution to more than $712 million. The PMC is Dana-Farber’s largest single contributor, raising more than 55 percent of the Jimmy Fund’s annual revenue.
