Hit the road PMC style

This spring, when you're looking to get out and do a long ride, get a Zipcar. Not only are there creatively-wrapped PMC Zipcars available for rent, now those cars are equipped with bike racks, making it very easy for PMCers to hit the road for a day of cycling. Zipcar has been outfitting its vehicles in the PMC logo for three years. These colorful cars are hard to miss!

And, when you rent a PMC Zipcar, a portion of the fee goes directly to support the mission of the PMC. Zipcar is the world's leading car sharing service with more than 200,000 members and 5,000 vehicles in urban areas and college campuses throughout 26 North American states and provinces as well as in London, England. 2010 will be the fourth year of Team Zipcar rides as a PMC team. The 25-member Team Zipcar aims to raise $150,000 this year through the PMC to support cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Team Zipcar cyclists  from the Boston area include Scott Griffith (CEO), Ed Goldfinger (CFO), Sean Quimby (VP, HR), Rob Weisberg (CMO), Doug Williams (VP, Engineering), Dan Curtin (GM, Boston) Michael Serafino (GM, FastFleet), Tricia Capello from the university team and Bill Connolly from sales division.
